About Deb:

Deb’s love of dance began as a young girl. She spent many years acting, singing and dancing in both professional and regional theatres and holds a B.A degree in Theatre as well as an MBA in business. She went on to do much work on stage, film and t.v, but especially loved the time she spent dancing in musicals such as West Side Story, A Chorus Line and many others. She became actively involved in Ballroom & Latin dance under the tutelage of John Vitti, and continued to study with other world class instructors such as Julias Kaisar, Bill Davies, Marion & Kenny Welsh, Billy Fajardo, & Frankie Martinez. Deb spent many years competing in NDCA competitions in both American and International divisions before moving into the teaching arena. She continues her training in all dance arenas on a continual basis.

Deb brings her passion, enthusiasm, and love of dance to all of her classes. Through patience, encouragement and sense of humor she can help even the most novice dancer get over the initial fear of learning to dance! Salsa Class Schedule:

Monday’s 7 – 8 Salsa Level I Beginner/Adv. Beginner

Salsa, also referred to as Mambo, is an exciting and fun dance which anyone can learn! In this class, we will cover basic partner work with emphasis placed on leading and following. All new dance steps taught will be repeated and reinforced allowing students to become familiar and comfortable with their newly acquired dance skills. Come and learn dance Salsa in a warm & positive teaching atmosphere which will have you dancing in no time! No partner necessary – students will rotate partners to maximize their learning experience.

Monday’s 8 – 9 Salsa Level II Intermediate

A continuation of Level I, students will review and strengthen previously learned skills while advancing on to the next level. Techniques of lead and follow will be reinforced and strengthened as we move into the next level of turn combinations and partner work. So whether you’d like to learn new skills or brush up on old ones, join us for an evening of fun and stress relief! PREREQUISITE: Level I or equivalent experience. No partner necessary – students will rotate partners to maximize their learning experience.

Wednesday 7 -8 Ballroom & Latin Level I

Friday’s 6 – 7 Fickle Friday’s (dances taught rotate – check website for details)

Friday’s 7 – 8 Hustle – Level II
